Working as a Professional Real Estate Inspector is something I have a passion for! I have more than 20 years of residential and commercial construction experience. I have found that working hard to provide the very best inspection service and keeping up with the latest building practices is key. My goal is to perform each and every inspection in a systematic manner that ensures thoroughness and satisfaction. I also believe in great communication and I hold the highest level of licensing that the Texas Real Estate Commission currently offers. I don't perform to the minimum - I feel going above and beyond the standards of practice is what sets me apart from the rest. As a client of Able Eye Inspections, this is what you can expect!
I'm a proud native Texan and I have been lucky enough to have lived here since 1977. I purchased my first home in my early 20's and later built my second home in Jonestown,TX. This was a great learning experience and helped to pique my interest in building codes, construction and best practices in commercial and residential real estate.

My family and I currently live in Georgetown, TX. When I'm not inspecting real estate, I enjoy spending time with my two boys enjoying Austin, TX.

I have my Professional Real Estate Inspector License. License #21395. The real estate inspection industry in Texas is highly regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

I also hold an Irrigator License. License #LI18214. This license is regulated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

I am a member of InterNACHI. Certified #15051405. InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, is the world's largest inspection trade association. Certifications acquired through home inspector training from InterNACHI.
